My Programs
Each session will consist of a proper warm up and will last around 75 min. All weight and progression will be tracked. All programs cost the same, athletes should feel free to switch between programs and get a feel for what they like best.
Powerlifting
My powerlifting program is a strength based program where I focus on your bench, squat and deadlift. The workout will consist of a compound lift, form correction, explosive and or strength based accessories, banded work or isometric holds depending on the day.
athletic
My athletic program is my most popular program. The workouts will focus on explosiveness, power building, coordination work, plyo-metrics, rotational strength and a little conditioning. This program is great for athletes looking to get a step ahead of the game.
body building
My body building program is a hypertrophy based program, geared to those looking to put on size not necessarily performance. Our workouts will consist of high volume/reps, focusing on mind muscle connection, and really feeling the contraction.
